People go to space on a Soyuz spacecraft (it’s literally the only way for humans to go to and from space) and it’s built by the Russian Space Agency Roscosmos in Russia. I don’t know how long it takes to build – they launch every three months so my best guess is a few months.

      Hi JoeCole101,

Andrea is on the money when she said every 3months for the Soyuz spacecraft that take people to the ISS. However Soyuz also build rockets for non-ISS government and commercial launches in Russia and French Guyana so the overall production must be higher for the rocket!
