The only sort of medical thing I can think of is a kind of jetlag that you suffer from sometimes. That’s of course due to the shift work we’re doing down here. Our night shift runs from 10pm-6am, and once you did a few in a row, going back to normal working hours feels like having travelled to a different time zone 🙂
The good thing is, ususally we are two days off after night shifts, so we have time to relax. -

I get travel sick sometimes on long flights, which is similar to the motion sickness astronauts experience. Luckily we don’t need to experience medical issues ourselves to be able to deal with them.
