      Yes and kind of. You can touch clouds when high up on a mountain/hill – It’s like running your hand through fog or mist. Some colder bits, and you might pick up some water vapour but nothing you can grab on to. Skydivers are banned from going through clouds for safety reasons – those who accidentally fell through a cloud have to dry their clothes out afterward!

      When flying in planes one of my favourite things is to look out the window as we’re entering into and exiting out of clouds – especially on a rainy day when it’s all grey underneath then the window view turns all white and then you break out of the cloud layer into the sunshine – spectacular views!!!
