      We aren’t ready for that yet- but maybe a few years.

      Maybe in the 2030’s. I’ll be too old for that timeframe but you would be a great age to be the first Martian astronaut explorer! 😀

      Hi Thebigboy,

      I hope it will happen in our lifetimes!

      We still have to figure out a few problems first before it is possible and the biggest barrier is probably the harmful space radiation on the astronauts.

      With too much radiation the astronauts can get very sick so we need to first learn how to best protect them from this.
